Shopping on MyRetailHeaven.co.uk (MRH.co.uk) is an easy, relaxing experience. Simply choose the Sellers you wish to shop with, go to their dedicated space within the MRH.co.uk mall, browse the selection of goods being offered by the Sellers, select the items you wish to purchase and add those items to your MRH.co.uk basket. When you are ready to pay for your goods, use the MRH.co.uk streamlined register once, check out once, pay once system.
MRH.co.uk automatically sends you confirmation of your order and simultaneously informs each Seller of your requested items. Each Seller will prepare your items for dispatch and delivery and will contact you directly to inform you of the progress of your order and expected delivery date. top^
Browsing and Searching for Products on MRH.co.uk
MRH.co.uk is unique in its format in that it is designed on the basis of a traditional mall, where High Street retailers & designers have their own unique, branded space. You can shop for products on MRH.co.uk in three key ways: firstly, you can browse the various branded retail outlets - to be found both on the home page and on the A-Z of Retailer’s page - and shop amongst your favourite High Street retailers & designers; secondly, you can browse specific categories, for example, menswear; kids; house & garden; health & beauty; etc. and choose which retailers & designers to shop with; or, thirdly, you can use the search facility to simply search by product e.g. men’s shirts, or shoes.

Ways to Pay
All payments are processed directly with PayPal using 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and the latest Secure Server Technology to make certain all of your personal and transactional data is protected to the maximum degree. Through the PayPal secure payment gateway, we accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Mastercard. Payments are taken from your debit or credit card once the Seller has accepted your order.
UK Delivery and Delivery Charges
We aim to get your items delivered to you as quickly as possible from each of our Sellers. Many of our Sellers use the MRH.co.uk standard delivery system which means the majority of items are sent via Courier using an Express 24 (Next Day) service. However, there are exceptions to this especially when items are "Special Order", "Bespoke", or "Limited Edition" - so please check individual Seller's "Delivery section" for details.
For Sellers using the MRH.co.uk standard delivery system, delivery charges are calculated both on a weight and on a per Seller basis. You are charged £3.95 when ordering up to 30kgs of goods from ONE Seller and this reduces the more Sellers you purchase from; the minimum being £3.00 up to 30kgs of goods from ONE Seller. Hence, the more Sellers you buy from, the lower the delivery charge per Seller.
NOTE: As previously stated, not all of our Sellers use the standard MRH delivery facility. Some of our Sellers use their own delivery facility and offer FREE delivery over a certain transaction value. SO PLEASE CHECK EACH SELLERS DELIVERY POLICY WITHIN THEIR DEDICATED RETAIL SPACE.
A PACKAGE TRACKING FACILITY is offered to all of our registered customers. Simply log into the "My Account" section of the website, click on "Previous orders", click on "View". At the bottom of the section, you are provided with a status update of the packages assigned to that particular order.
ALL DELIVERY ENQUIRES MUST BE FORWARDED TO THE SELLER by simply following the link to contact the Seller in the confirmation email. International Delivery
At present, MRH.co.uk promotes its goods and services to UK Residents Only. As such, anyone located outside of the UK choosing to purchase from MRH.co.uk is fully responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws including those pertaining to the importation of goods such as, any restrictions, relevant licences and/or duties payable.
Returns & Refunds
For your convenience and on-going enjoyment of MRH.co.uk, your purchases can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of receipt. However, exceptions and exemptions do apply for certain products such as, bespoke (or made-to-order) items, personal items, earrings and perishable goods, unless they are faulty. Refunds are made via the PayPal system onto the debit or credit card from which the original payment was made. ALL refunds must be authorised by the Seller, therefore it is essential that you communicate with the Seller directly and follow their instructions regarding returning any items.
Goods purchased from Sellers on MRH.co.uk MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THE SELLER AND NOT to MRH.co.uk. Please contact the Seller DIRECTLY to check their returns policy. RETURNS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging. We would advise you to obtain proof of postage. It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as the majority of our Sellers endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order following the instructions contained within our Returns & Refund policy section. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. Delivery charges still apply for part cancellation of orders. Further details are set out in our Returns Policy.
In order to change the details of your order, you must notify us within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. After this time we are unable to amend your order as our Sellers endeavour to process orders immediately therefore we would request that you return the goods once they have been delivered - please see our Returns & Refunds policy section for our returns procedure. top^

We record all of this information for a number of reasons, for example: 1) to be able to fulfil your order; 2) to gain feedback from you on your experience with our Sellers; 3) to speedily assist with any future queries; 4) to keep you abreast of any changes to the MRH.co.uk website; 5) to track any problems you may have had with any of our Sellers.
